Step 1.

Selecting the right package for your event

• Corporate Event Consultation: Whether you found us online, were introduced by an event planner, or heard about us through a glowing recommendation from a colleague… let’s have a chat. Fill in a contact form with specific details about your event, and we will be in touch to go through how we can bring an interactive and engaging 3D experience to your attendees. Team building, conventions, trade shows or some fun desk toys - the possibilities are endless.


• Our packages vary in size, but these are just suggestions—we can customize a package to suit your specific needs. The only fixed item is van hire for the day (£300 per day). Speak to us to build your ideal package or choose from our pre-set options.

Step 2.

Booking and confirmation

• Once you have spoken to us and have decided on a package, we will work with you (and/or your planner) to ensure we have everything ready for the day.


• To secure the booking, we require a non-refundable fee and deposit upon confirmation. More details can be found in our T&Cs, but in short:

  • The non-refundable save the date is the van hire: £300. This is payable at the time of booking. 

  • A 30% deposit of the package value is required to secure the booking, refundable up to 30 calendar days before the event.

  • Full payment is due 7 calendar days before the event.

  • If the event date needs to change, we will do our best to accommodate, but availability is not guaranteed due to high demand.

Step 3.

The big event

• Our mobile scanning van and at least two team members will arrive at your event venue with ideally 2 hours to set up. If earlier setup is possible, that is preferred.


• We will have pre-agreed a time to scan key individuals - this might include company executives, award recipients, or other VIPs. These are what we refer to as package models (included in your selected package). Additional scans can be added on the day as needed, and package models are prioritised in the printing queue.

• Corporate Event Engagement: 3D scanning for your attendees can be scheduled at a time that fits your event itinerary, providing a unique and interactive experience. Whether it’s a trade show, networking event, or corporate party, guests can get scanned and purchase their own miniatures if desired.

• Before the event, we will ask you a series of questions to tailor the experience to your preferences. For instance, you can decide whether attendees’ models are sent directly to them or to your company for distribution.

• We can stay for the duration of the event or for a pre-agreed time. If you want us to stay into the networking hours, we’re happy to bring props to match the theme!

Step 4.

Print! Post! Smile!

• We will begin processing the photogrammetry results on the day of the event, but this will continue in the following weeks. If requested, we can provide a digital preview or GIF of selected models for social media sharing within a few days.


• Once the models have been processed, we move into the printing phase. This is a detailed process involving multiple steps. If you’re interested in learning more, feel free to ask! We will prioritise package models, which typically arrive within 3-4 weeks. Attendee models follow shortly after, usually arriving within 4-5 weeks. If they are ready sooner, we will begin shipping immediately.

• We will keep digital files of your key models for a minimum of 12 months in case you’d like additional prints. You can also opt to receive digital copies of your models for future use.
