Step 1.

Selecting the right package for your event

•  Whether you found us online, were referred by a friend, or heard about us through a trusted recommendation—let’s have a chat! Simply fill in our contact form with the details of your event, and we’ll reach out to discuss your vision and how we can help capture unforgettable 3D keepsakes for you and your guests.


• Our packages are flexible. While we offer a range of pre-set options, we can also tailor a package specifically for your needs. The only fixed cost is our van hire fee (£300 per day). Let’s work together to build the perfect package for your occasion!

Step 2.

Booking and confirmation

•  After our consultation and once you’ve chosen a package, we’ll collaborate with you (and/or your event planner) to ensure everything is ready for your day.


•  Booking Fee: To secure your date, we require a non-refundable fee covering the van hire: £300.

•  Deposit: A 30% deposit of your package value is needed to confirm the booking. This deposit is refundable up to 30 calendar days before your event.

• Final Payment: Full payment is collected 7 calendar days before the event.

• Flexibility: If you need to change the date of your event, we’ll do our best to accommodate you—though availability can be limited due to high demand. For more detailed information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Step 3.

The event day

•  On the day of your event, our mobile scanning van and at least two team members will arrive at your venue ideally 2 hours before the scheduled start to set up—earlier is always better!


• We’ll have pre-arranged times to scan key individuals—be it hosts, VIPs, or any special guests you’d like to feature. These are our “package models,” and they take priority in the printing queue. 

• Interactive Entertainment: We offer on-site 3D scanning for all your guests, adding a unique interactive element to your event. Before the day, we’ll ask a few questions to ensure the service meets your preferences and privacy needs, such as whether models are sent directly to guests or centralised for distribution. 

• We can adjust our schedule to match your event’s flow—whether that means staying for a few hours or throughout the event, including extended hours if desired.

Step 4.

Print! Post! Smile!

• We begin processing the 3D scans during your event, and post-processing continues in the following weeks. If you’d like a digital preview or a shareable GIF of select models, we can have that ready in just a few days.


•   After processing, we move on to printing. This detailed process generally follows this timeline:

•  Package Models: Delivered within 3-4 weeks.

•  Additional Guest Models: Delivered within 4-5 weeks (or sooner if available).

•  We keep digital copies of your key models for a minimum of 12   months, should you wish to have them reprinted or saved in digital format.
