Step 1.
Selecting the right package for you
• Pre-Wedding chat: Whether you found us online, were introduced by one of our planner partners or heard of us through the glowing review a friend gave us… let's have a chat. Fill in a contact form with specific details about your big day and we will be in touch with you to go through the details of your day and what we can do to ensure we can create some beautiful keepsakes for you and your guests.
• Our packages range in size, but these are only suggestions - we can of course tailor a package to your individual needs. The only fixed item is van hire for the day (£300 a day). Speak to us to build your package or chose from the list above.

Step 2.
Booking and confirmation
• Once you have spoken to us and have decided on a package, we will work with you (and/or your planner) to ensure we have everything ready for the day.
• We will take a non-refundable fee and deposit upon confirming your booking to save the date, and then look forward to pointing 80 cameras at you on your special day. More information about deposits and cancellations can be found in our T&C's here. But in short:

The non-refundable save the date is the van hire: £300. This is payable at the time of booking.

To secure the booking, we take a deposit of 30% of the package value. This is refundable up to 30 calendar days before the day of the wedding.

We take full payment 7 calendar days before the day of the wedding.

In the event the wedding needs to move, we will of course work with you to rearrange as best as we possibly can - but please understand, this is really cool and lots of people want models - so this may not be possible.

Step 3.
The magical day
• Our mobile scanning van and at least two team members will arrive at the reception venue with ideally 2 hours to set-up. If we are able to arrive earlier that would be preferable.
• We will have pre-agreed a time that works best for you to take your bride and groom models and any close family models that you would like. These are what we refer to as package models (the package you chose in step 1). We can add on as many models here as you would like, knowing that these models take priority in the printing queue.
• Wedding entertainment on the day: 3D scanning for your guests and printing services are offered at a time of your choosing, to share the fun and create a unique entertaining experience for your guests.

We will ask you a series of questions before booking to ensure your preferences and privacy are respected. For example, we can offer a service that would allow guests to purchase a bride & groom model for themselves. Another common option is to decided whether we post guest models to the individuals or to you for distribution and laughs.

We can stick about or leave whenever suits you - we can pre-agree a time or leave it down to the day. If you want us to stay into the drinking hours, we're down - and will bring props to suit.
Step 4.
Print! Post! Smile!
• We will have begun to post-process the photogrammetry results on the day, but this will continue for the next couple of weeks after your event. We can try our best to give you a bride and groom GIF or screenshot of your model for social media sharing in the following couple of days.
• Once all the models have been processed we will begin to print. This is a lengthy process and one that involves many steps. If you are interested in this process, do ask questions. We will begin to present and prepare your models for postage - the package models are first in the queue. These models usually arrive to you within 3-4 weeks. Your guest models follow and will likely be with them within 4-5 weeks. If the models are available sooner we will of course begin shipping them sooner.
• We will keep your bride & groom 3D model files for a min. of 12 months in case you would like to have them re-printed. You can choose an option within the package to be sent a digital file of your models if you would like to keep them longer.
