Meet The Team

Josh

Tech Lead

Josh is the reason the rig exists at all. His instinct for emerging technology and his refusal to settle for off the shelf solutions is what turned an idea into a functioning, world first piece of kit. He built the technical infrastructure from the ground up, and he’s already looking at what comes next: sharper resolution, faster processing, new capabilities the studio hasn’t tackled yet. If there’s a better way to do something, Josh will find it before most people have thought to look.

Jonathan

Operations Lead

Jonathan is the backbone of the operation. With a background in finance, he brings structure, strategic thinking and logistical precision to a studio that runs on creativity. He handles the planning, client relationships and behind the scenes decisions that keep everything moving in the right direction. Figured You grows because Jonathan makes sure it can.

Adam

Design & Build Lead

Adam’s background is in architecture, and it’s written into everything Figured You produces. He has a trained eye for proportion, detail and the kind of compositional precision that separates a decent model from an extraordinary one. He shaped the studio’s visual identity and continues to push the quality of every piece we print. Not just responsible for the design of the rig, Adam heads up the physical build and craftmanship of it too. The look, the feel, the finish that’s Adam.
