Frequently asked questions

How long does the 3D scanning process take and will it disrupt my event?
The cameras capture each pose in under a second. Allow around two to three minutes per person or group for getting into position and collecting any details needed for delivery. We set up and pack down around your venue schedule, and we’ll agree a suitable running time with you before the day.

What does the finished 3D figurine look like and how long does it take to arrive?
The finished figurine is a full-colour miniature designed to reproduce recognisable clothing, hair, features and proportions. Figurines are produced after the event, packaged carefully and posted to the recipient. Timing depends on the chosen package, so we’ll confirm sizes, delivery details and expected turnaround when you book.
